OBSERVATION OF VULTURE IN THE NATURE
To observe the vulture in their natural environment, we offer educational trips to the Serra de Tramuntana, which are led by one of ours environmental educators. We visit places where the possibility to see the vultures is very high. We offer two trips: one that is longer and more difficult, and another that is shorter and easier.
Groups of four or more.
Days: Usually on Wednesdays throughout the whole year.
Meeting point: At 9:00 a.m. in the center for the Conservation of the Mediterranean Wildlife (https://goo.gl/maps/wDmKwmvDeaH2) (in summer at 8:00 a.m.); From there we start together in the Serra de Tramuntana.
The trips take between 4 and 6 hours (without counting the trip with the car, the last between 1,5 and 2 hours there and back).
Return at the centre: between 15 and 17 p.m.
The FVSM provides binoculars and a typical Majorcan Snack.
A donation is requested to support the labour of the FVSM: 50 € for adults (18 and older) and 25 € for the young (between 7 and 17).
